It was close to everything and walking distance to a few restaurants and Big Kahuna waterpark. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were super comfortable. The hotel was fully booked, but was very quiet and serene. I would definitely stay here again!

bathrooms were a tad small

The room was cheap and we had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, the center, and Henderson state park. You can find Mary's Kitchen next to the property to a have lunch.

Location was good

When we checked in there was no hot water for about 2 hrs. When we took a shower the drains or water smelled like sewer.

Clean and cheap room with a "spa bath ", and great pool. Marvellous and convenient location, walking distance to everywhere. Liked calm area.

The children enjoyed the pool and breakfast that was available.

There was no wi-fi connection the entire time I was there. I was unable to get any work done the whole week I was there. When I tried to use the computer in the office lobby it would not work either due to them finally on the 3 day calling some one to come out to look at the connection. I would NOT recommend this hotel to any one. I had to ask 5-6 times for towels, the phone in one of the rooms didn't work the whole time there while the other one had a scratching noise. One of the beds in the room would squeak and make noise every time you moved. Kept waking up the children and myself. I had requested a late check out and a roll away bed but was told that this wasn't available because I had not asked for it when reserving the room. I am very dissatisfied with this acommendations.

Location was nice.

The room was worn out, nasty carpet smelled very bad, and the entire place seemed dirty, dirty, dirty.

Front room was clean and the free breakfast adequate.

The staff wasn't friendly, but they did their job.

I had a decent stay with clean beds, plenty of fresh towels, and a lovely pool area, although the room could've been better maintained.

I would not recommend staying here until they get rid of their bug problem. This place has a huge roach problem. Also not much of the staff speaks English,so it was hard to make them understand what you needed.

Can't really give anything a positive. It was horrible.

Toilet handle was broken, hot tub was half empty, sink wouldn't drain, coffee maker was missing parts, bed was not comfy and bathroom door was broken. Room not taken care of at all. Smelled like marijuana bad.

Could book for 1 night. Price was too high for what you get in my opinion, but in line with other hotels in area.

Older building. Pool had a very cloudy, white appearance and was small. I would not let my kids swim in the pool. Had to walk or drive down the street for beach access. Not the hotels fault, but beach access was extremely crowded due to the fact that the oceanfront hotels blocked off the area in front of their buildings and put up signs saying private. This lead to the very small area of public beach to be very crowded.

The location was great near the beach.

The room had dirty linens and outdated furniture. It felt unsafe, and I found the overall condition of the hotel to be quite appalling.

No, taking to long release hold on your card did not care if you need money asap.

Cleaniness.

Huge safety concern - large puddle of water at top and bottom of stairs. Non-smoking room STUNK like smoke. Bathtub/sink very slow to drain. Phone didn't work. Towels very thin and felt like sandpaper. No manager on site and night person did nothing to address our concerns. Informed Booked.net who tried for 2 days to contact a manager without success.
